STAGING A MOVING TARGET
Working inside an operating hotel begins long before the first panel touches a wall. Materials for all 60 rooms were received, inspected for batch and color consistency, and staged floor by floor — so the crew never waited on stock, and guest corridors never turned into a warehouse.
Surface inspection and priming ran one block of rooms ahead of the installation team. Walls were checked for damage, patched and primed in sequence, which meant every wall was ready the moment installers arrived on that floor. Work zones were protected, tools contained, and every room was left clean at the end of each shift — because guests were checking in a few doors away.
INSTALLATION BEGINS

Every panel on this project was machine-pasted. The pasting machine meters adhesive in an even, measured coat across the full width of each panel — eliminating the dry spots and over-pasting that cause seam failures in hand-pasted work, and keeping output at true production speed.
In each room, the first drop was laser-levelled and the pattern was locked to a consistent reference, so rooms along the same corridor read as one continuous standard rather than sixty separate jobs. From there the crew settled into rhythm: install, inspect, clean, hand the room back to housekeeping.
By mid-project the three-person team was completing a floor a day — twelve or more rooms — without once trading precision for pace. That balance is exactly what commercial hospitality clients pay for.
