Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Colorado Wallpaper Pros "European Remodels LLC" warrants that all wallpaper installation services will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of project completion.

2. What's Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Installation defects including seam separation, edge peeling, and pattern misalignment
  • Defects in materials supplied by the Colorado Wallpaper Pros "European Remodels LLC"
  • Bubble formation due to improper installation technique
  • Adhesive failure under normal conditions
  • Any other installation-related workmanship issues

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from improper maintenance or cleaning with harsh chemicals
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, pets, or intentional acts
  • Damage from water leaks, flooding, excessive moisture, or humidity issues
  • Normal wear and tear in high-traffic commercial areas
  • Changes in wall structure or settling of building
  • Wallpaper or materials not supplied by the Colorado Wallpaper Pros "European Remodels LLC"
  • Installation defects in wallpaper installed by other contractors
  • Fading due to direct sunlight exposure (unless material defect)
  • Damage from painting over wallpaper
  • Removal and reinstallation for remodeling purposes

4. WARRANTY ACTIVATION

To activate this warranty:

  • Customer must register within THIRTY (30) DAYS of project completion
  • Registration can be completed at coloradowallpaperpros.com/activate
  • Customer will receive a warranty certificate via email upon registration
  • Warranty begins on the date of project completion, not registration date

5. MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

To file a warranty claim:

  • 1. Contact Colorado Wallpaper Pros "European Remodels LLC" at (720) 336-9184 or private@coloradowallpaperpros.com
  • 2. Provide warranty card ID and description of issue
  • 3. Company will schedule inspection within FIVE (5) business days
  • 4. If issue is covered, repairs will be completed within FOURTEEN (14) days
  • 5. Company will provide written assessment of coverage determination

If a covered defect is confirmed:

7. LIMITATIONS

This warranty is LIMITED to repair or replacement of defective installation. Company is NOT liable for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Loss of use of property
  • Costs of moving furniture or belongings
  • Costs of decorating or painting
  • Travel expenses or lodging
  • Economic losses or loss of business

Maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original contract price.

8. TRANSFERABILITY

This warranty is NON-TRANSFERABLE and applies only to the original property owner at the address where services were performed

9. EXCLUSIONS FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

For commercial installations:

  • Warranty period may be reduced in high-traffic areas
  • Normal wear and tear in retail or hospitality environments is not covered
  • Customer is responsible for proper climate control and maintenance

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved through:

  • 1. Good faith negotiation between parties
  • 2. If unresolved, binding arbitration in Colorado
  • 3. Governed by the laws of the State of Colorado

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement regarding warranty coverage and supersedes all prior verbal or written representations

12. MODIFICATIONS

Company reserves the right to modify warranty terms for future projects. This warranty is binding for the specific project and time period stated
